RONDOM®: Drying walls without restoration

Fustiness, damp atmosphere and damaged plaster are unpleasant and interfere with the living climate. Additionally the building loses a lot of its worthy. Damages from dampness can begin with capillary dampness which can rise up to 2 meters.

The ongoing discussions with this subject and the consequent research work about this phenmena leads to the advancement of the 20 year prooved RONDOM®-drying walls system.

Physical basic principle:
Walls and especially walls in old buildings are effected by capillar rising dampness. Because the vertical and horizontal boundary layers are missing. For example we take an old building with a ground area of 100m2 and an undercellaring of 2 m, which makes an earth contact of over 180 m2 . This area can take up dampness from the earth. This happens through the surface tension of the water and the capillars in materials. The water goes upwards through these capillars. One has measured a rising before of over 2 m.

The comfortable and longer lasting alternative is to install the RONDOM®-drying walls system. The wireless working RONDOM®-drying walls system based on the electrical and magnetical principle sends waves in different frequencies for a change of frequence spectrum in the wall, so that the tension power to build the rising capillar dampness cannot happen. Effect: The dampness does not rise any more and rooms that were left abandoned may be used again.
